Our Policies
Our junior stylists are currently unable to accept online vouchers, Shampoo Points, or other discount forms. We appreciate your understanding.
- We are happy to offer free consultations to help you select the perfect service. If you are unsure which service to book, please reach out to us first. Please note that if a service is booked without a consultation and is found to be unsuitable upon arrival, you will be charged for the time reserved. All consults are free and can be booked by phoning the salon.
- We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment, and you will be charged for the time reserved.
- Please notify us within one week of your appointment if you require any adjustments to your services; requests made after this period may incur additional charges.
- To offset the rising costs of credit card processing, we apply a 3% surcharge to all credit card transactions. This fee will be reflected on your receipt. Payments made via cash or debit card are exempt from this surcharge.
- A 50% deposit is required for any service or combination of services exceeding four hours.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
Please let us know of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that if you change or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled appointment, because we have set this time aside just for you, and have had to turn away others. This policy also applies if you schedule an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, and it would apply for any reason to be fair to all.
